Pedro Gives Chelsea A Crucial Away Goal In Draw At Frankfurt

Pedro celebrates.
Chelsea grabbed a potentially vital away goal to draw 1-1 away at Eintracht Frankfurt in the first leg of their Europa League semi-final tie.
One of Europe's hottest strikers, Luka Jovic, opened the scoring for Eintrachtmidway through the first half.
A quick counterattack down the left ended as Filip Kostic whipped a cross towards the penalty area for Jovic who, moving away from goal, excellently diverted the ball into the far corner of Kepa Arrizabalaga's goal.
The Londoners did get their away goal before the break though. A corner wasn't properly cleared and eventually fell to Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
The midfielder did well to keep the ball and tee up Pedro, allowing the Spaniard to level the score on the night and bag his fourth in the competition this season.
Loftus-Cheek and David Luiz both rattled the crossbar for the Blues in the second half, as the Premier League side continued to dominate proceedings.
It's now advantage Chelsea as Maurizio Sarri's men head back to Stamford Bridge for next week's second leg.
