SC Paderborn 07 of Germany and Super Eagles left back Jamilu Collins has
told Sportinglife.ng that he and his teammate are working very hard to gain
promotion to the Bundesliga.
Despite the club’s steady rise on the Bundesliga 2 Collins said that he
and his colleagues have chosen to stay humble with their steady rise so far in
the German league but to continue to work hard to achieve their ambition.
“We don’t say the promotion is
certain or not certain. We just stay focused. Our current form right now we
won’t say it’s by our power of course dedication and spirit of playing is
there.
“Above all we stay humble and concentrating and working very hard in our
training sessions and individually to achieve our objective. We are not saying
we are there yet but we stay humble and do our job. I so believe the prize of
hard work will be ours at the end of the season.
“We are always humble in the league while we take teams by surprise in
the Bundesliga 2. So for the promotion we are still fighting to get there.
Everything is so close; everything is possible so we leave everything to God to
do his miracle while our own bit to get the needed results that can help us to
get promotion to Bundesliga”, the fast improving left back disclosed to
Sportinglife.ng from Germany.
