Nigeria forward Anthony Nwaekeme scored the winning goal for Trabzonspor who defeated their hosts BB Erzurumspor 1-0 in their Turkish Super Lig clash on Saturday.
Nwaekeme netted the winner in the 64th  minute to help his side seal all three points in the game.
The goal was his fifth in his last four games for the club and his eighth in 19 league appearances this season.
Erzurumspor paraded their Nigerian import Emem Eduok for the entire duration of the game.
Also in Turkey,the trio of Chidozie Awaziem, Azubuike Okechukwu and Aminu Umar were all action for Caykur Rizespor who defeated Konyaspor 2-0 on the road.
Awaziem and Okechukwu featured for 90 minutes,  while Umar came in for Moroccan midfielder Aatif Chachechouche 24 minutes from time.
In Saudi Arabia,  Ahmed Musa provided an assist in Al Nassr 4-0 away win against Al Wahda.
Musa has now failed to score in 10 league outings for Al Nassr.
The forward has scored five goals in 18 league appearances for his club.
In Italy, Ola Aina was on for 90 minutes as Torino lost to a 3-2 home  defeat against Bologna.
Aina was issued a straight red card deep into stoppage time for  rash tackle.
The encounter at  Stade Olimpico  was  Aina’s 25th of the campaign for Walter Mazzarri ‘ s men and he has scored once.
Kenneth Omeruo's side Leganes lost 2-0 at home to Girona in a LaLiga clash at the Estadio Municipal de Butarque.
He picked up a yellow card in the 63rd minute of the encounter.
Omeruo who is on loan at Leganes from Chelsea has made 22 league appearances for the club.
CHAMPIONSHIP - Semi Ajayi and Co.

Nigeria defender Semi Ajayi continued his goal scoring form for Rotherham United who fell to a 2-1 home defeat to Norwich City in their English Championship clash at the New York Stadium on Saturday.
Ajayi scored the goal for Rotherham United in the 53rd minute cancelling out Kenny McLean 45th opener for the visitors.
Ben Godfrey netted the winner for Norwich City in the 57th minute.
Ajayi has now scored in three consecutive games for Rotherham United.
He has hit the back of the net six times in 38 English Championship appearances for the Millers this season.
Young Nigerian forward Joshua Kayode was an unused substitute for Rotherham United in the game.
In another Championship match on Saturday , John Mikel Obi also ended on the losing side with Middlesbrough at the Villa Park,going down to 3-0 defeat to Aston Villa.
Mikel who was on for 90 minutes in the game was booked in the 52nd minute.
He has made nine appearances for Boro since his winter arrival.
Oghenekaro Etebo made a return to Stoke City’s starting line-up in their 0-0 home draw against Reading after missing the Potters’ previous two Championship games due to groin injury .
Etebo played the entire duration of the game at the Bet365 Stadium. He received a yellow card in the 73rd minute.
The midfielder has made 26 appearances in the Championship and scored a goal for Stoke City so far this season.
EPL - Ndidi and Others
Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi was in action for 90 minutes in Leicester City's 2-1 win  over Burnley  in Saturday’s English Premier League clash at Turf Moor.
Leicester City suffered an early setback after four minutes when Harry Maguire was sent off for dangerous challenge.
Despite playing with ten men, the Foxes took the lead through James Maddison in the 33rd minute.
Five minutes later, Dwight McNeil equalized for Burnley to bring the scoreline to 1-1.
Late in the second half, Wes Morgan scored a late winner for the Foxes who recorded a second straight win in three games under Brendan Rodgers.
Ndidi’s compatriot, Kelechi Iheanacho was an unused substitute for Leicester City who earned valuable three points away from homer.
Also at the Olympic Stadium, West Ham defeated Huddersfield Town 4-3 in a seven-goal thriller.
Javier Hernandez scored twice in four minutes to seal a comeback win for the Hammers after Juninho Bacuna’s goal and Karlan Ahearne-Grant’s double gave Huddersfield a 3-2 lead. Mark Noble and Angelo Ogbonna scored the home team’s first two goals.
